Job summary

InfoSun Technology is seeking a Manager – Learning Center of Excellence to lead the learning strategy and workforce development. You will build onboarding paths, design digital content, and manage the LMS with certifications and reporting.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering and HR to craft safety, automation and technical training across sites, drive leadership development and assess program impact with dashboards and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design or learning program management.
• Hands-on experience managing an LMS; Workday Learning is mandatory
• Experience with instructional design and digital authoring tools; Articulate Rise 360 is an advantage.
• Experience in frontline workforce training, safety/compliance learning and competency assessments.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or automation is preferred.
