Job summary

Codiste in Pune is seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter to join the growing Talent Acquisition team. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end technical hiring across .NET, Java, QA, Full-Stack, and AI-native technologies, working closely with engineering and leadership stakeholders on live, high-priority roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
• 0.6-2 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment; freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of technical roles and terminology (e.g. .NET, Java, QA, Full-Stack) is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracker management.
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and sourcing techniques is an added advantage.
• High energy, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for technical roles through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, and Boolean search strings.
• Screen resumes against role-specific JDs and shortlist candidates who meet technical and experience criteria.
• Conduct telephonic screening calls to assess communication skills, notice period, compensation expectations, and basic role fitment.
• Schedule and coordinate technical and HR interview rounds with candidates and panelists, ensuring minimal turnaround time.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers accurately and in real time.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring journey - from first outreach to offer stage - ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Support offer rollout coordination and documentation in partnership with the HR team.
• Assist in employer branding and sourcing initiatives, including campus and community outreach as needed.
• Maintain recruitment data hygiene within Keka ATS and other tracking systems.
