Job summary

ACG Infotech is seeking an energetic HR & Technical Recruiter to independently manage recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, source, screen, coordinate interviews, engage candidates, and close positions within defined timelines.

You will recruit for IT roles across PHP, software development, QA, IT support, ERP, and related corporate positions, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and ongoing MIS updates.

• 23 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Exposure to Naukri.com and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and other channels.
• Understand technical requirements and screen candidates for relevant skills.
• Recruit for PHP Developers, Software Developers, QA/Testers, IT Support, ERP Consultants, Technical Support, Sales/BD and other corporate roles.
• Conduct initial HR screening and assess communication, experience, stability and suitability.
• Coordinate technical and management interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment MIS.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Negotiate salary and manage offer-related discussions.
• Maintain an updated database of active and prospective candidates.
• Support onboarding and basic HR activities as required.
• Work closely with management and department heads to understand manpower requirements.

About the Role

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment MIS.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.

Preferred

Experience in recruitment for IT companies, ERP/SaaS companies or software development organizations will be an advantage.
