Job summary

Taas Partners in Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles. You will manage sourcing through offer closure, partnering with hiring managers to define role scope and build effective sourcing strategies.

Build pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, and market mapping for AI and tech talent, while ensuring a strong candidate experience and timely communication across time zones.

Qualifications

• 45+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• strong track record of closing technical talent
• technical background or fluency recruiting for engineering, robotics, hardware, or deep-tech roles
• experience recruiting in the Indian technology ecosystem with an engineering/robotics network
• excellent written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, and Product Management roles, from sourcing through offer close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, calibrate on candidate bar, and build effective sourcing strategies.
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and market mapping specific to technology and AI talent.
• Drive an excellent candidate experience end-to-end, including timely communication and structured interview coordination across time zones.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting in Keka (ATS).
• Provide market intelligence on hiring trends, compensation norms, and competitor talent movements.
