Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess fit, communication, availability, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain/update candidate records in ATS or recruitment tracker.
• Build/maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring initiatives.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions with quality standards.
