You will source, screen and close candidates for technical roles across our client mandates, working closely with senior recruiters and account managers.This role suits someone with recruiting experience who wants to grow a career in IT hiring and is comfortable with targets, pace and daily candidate outreach.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**• Source candidates for technical roles (developers, QA, DevOps, cloud, data, ServiceNow, SAP and similar) using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals and referrals.• Write Boolean searches and run targeted outreach to passive candidates.• Screen candidates on technical fit, experience, notice period, current and expected CTC, and location.• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers and client panels.• Prepare and submit candidate profiles to clients within agreed turnaround times.• Follow up through every stage, from submission and interview feedback to offer and joining• Post and refresh job openings on Naukri and LinkedIn.• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline trackers.• Meet weekly targets for sourcing, submissions and interview conversions**REQUIREMENTS**• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition• Experience hiring for technical / IT profiles• Hands-on experience with Naukri (Resdex) and LinkedIn Recruiter• Basic understanding of common tech stacks and role terminology• Good spoken and written communication in English and Hindi• Comfortable working on-site in Indore, full-time• Any graduate or postgraduate degree (BBA, MBA-HR, B.Tech, BCA or similar preferred)**GOOD TO HAVE**• Prior experience in an IT staffing or recruitment agency• Exposure to contract, C2H and permanent hiring models• Familiarity with an ATS or Excel-based pipeline tracking**KEY SKILLS**Talent Acquisition, IT Recruitment, Technical Recruitment, End-to-End Recruitment, Sourcing, Screening, Naukri, Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, Headhunting, Interview Coordination, IT Staffing, Bulk Hiring, Contract Staffing.
