You will coordinate technical interviews, schedule feedback, and drive a strong talent pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role requires negotiation on offers, alignment with hiring managers, and meeting metrics for time-to-fill and quality hires.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
• Sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster.
• Strong IT knowledge across Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Eng, SAP, Salesforce, Testing, Full Stack, AI/ML, Cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ATS.

• Schedule and follow up on interviews, feedback, and selection processes.
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers and ATS.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet recruitment targets, turnaround time (TAT), and quality hiring metrics.
• Stay updated on current IT technologies, market trends, and hiring practices.
