eNtrust Software & Services seeks a Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring, from sourcing to scheduling, ensuring timely offers and a strong candidate experience.

You will partner with HRBP and hiring managers, source through Naukri and LinkedIn, coordinate interviews, and promote our employer brand through campus outreach and social posts.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in end-to-end recruitment, preferably ITES/BPO/Accounting services.
• Sourcing via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and Boolean search.
• Experience with interview scheduling, coordination, and follow-up.
• English communication is excellent; strong listening skills.

About the Role

eNtrust Software & Services is looking for a Recruiter to support our hiring needs. You will own the recruitment cycle from sourcing to scheduling, follow up with candidates and hiring managers, and help build our employer brand so that we attract and close the right talent on time. Strong communication, speed and follow-through are a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand open positions with hiring managers and the HRBP, and convert requirements into clear job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals (such as Naukri and LinkedIn), social media, employee referrals, consultants and talent databases
• Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic screening for skills, experience, communication, salary expectations and notice period
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and panel members, and manage calendars, reminders and rescheduling
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers at every stage: feedback, offers, documentation and joining, to reduce drop-offs and delays
• Maintain the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker, and report regularly on open positions, interview status and offers
• Support offer rollout, negotiation, background verification and pre-joining engagement along with the HRBP
• Build and promote the employer brand through job posters, social media posts, career page content and campus or community outreach
• Maintain good candidate experience through timely, professional and transparent communication
• Track recruitment metrics such as time to hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio and cost per hire, and suggest improvements
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring roles
• Keep recruitment records accurate and confidential, in line with company policies

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in ITES / KPO / Accounting Services
• Hands-on experience in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn and Boolean search
• Experience in interview scheduling, coordination and candidate follow-up
• Utilizing AI for creating Job description, analyzing profiles
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with good listening skills
• Good understanding of technical and non-technical roles and hiring needs
• Strong organization, follow-up and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple positions at once
• Ability to work with hiring managers and business leaders to meet hiring timelines
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment tracker
• Experience in employer branding, social media content or campus hiring

Good to Have

• Exposure to hiring for application support, real estate technology or procurement roles
• Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing and screening tools
• Working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, filters and data tracking) for maintaining recruitment trackers and reports

Education

MBA / PGDM / Master's in Human Resources preferred
