Qualifications

• 1-5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong experience in sourcing and headhunting, especially for IT roles like Oracle ERP and ServiceNow.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Actively seek IT candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to fill open positions.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to identify qualified candidates for bulk hiring needs.
• Handle bulk hiring, campus hiring, and internal postings; source candidates as needed.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through portals and sourcing channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and create recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews to assess fit and cultural alignment.
• Maintain recruitment data and reports for tracking and analysis.
• Utilize MS Excel and PowerPoint for data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Actively seeking out a large pool of IT candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to quickly fill numerous open positions.
• Efficiently reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screens to identify qualified candidates that meet the necessary IT skills and experience for bulk hiring needs.
• Handle bulk hiring, campus hiring, and internal job postings (IJP), Sourcing.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals and other sourcing channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates for job fit and cultural alignment.
• Maintain recruitment data and reports for tracking and analysis.
• Utilize MS Excel and PowerPoint for data management and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:
