Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a recruitment specialist to manage the complete IT recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to onboarding.

The role involves sourcing candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and internal databases, screening resumes, and coordinating technical interviews with hiring managers and clients. You will schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and build a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs, while ensuring a positive candidate

• Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and other portals.
• Screening resumes and conducting HR interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and culture fit.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Schedule and follow up on interviews, feedback, and selection processes.
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers and ATS.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet recruitment targets, turnaround time (TAT), and quality hiring metrics.
• Stay updated on current IT technologies, market trends, and hiring practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end IT recruitment process.
• Experience in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and other job portals.
• Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, Salesforce, Testing, Full Stack, AI/ML, and Cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
