Beyond Border Consultants, a fast-growing global recruitment consultancy, offers a remote-first, outcome-driven culture and partners with startups across tech, fintech, and digital sectors. We are seeking a proactive recruiter to source, screen, and nurture top talent for India and APAC markets.

You’ll own end-to-end candidate engagement, coordinate interviews via WhatsApp/Zoom, and collaborate with senior recruiters to refine briefs and build pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and screening for tech and non-tech roles.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication and scheduling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify high-potential candidates for tech and non-tech roles using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess cultural fit, and manage communication through email, WhatsApp, and video calls.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across India and APAC markets.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine job briefs, update candidate databases, and track hiring metrics.
• Participate in hiring strategy sessions and contribute ideas to improve candidate experience and close rates.
• Meet monthly hiring targets with an incentive structure up to ₹10,000 per target.
