Job summary

Mindtel is hiring for a remote, high-volume recruiters role across India. You will source, screen, and close candidates for tech, sales, and BPO positions, while maintaining strong candidate experience and meeting tight SLAs.

You’ll use LinkedIn Recruiter and various ATS platforms to manage pipelines and track performance. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with high-volume hiring, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to collaborate with hiring managers to tailor pitches for faster

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and screening for high-volume tech, sales, and customer ops roles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools for pipeline management.
• Comfort with phone/video screening and structured evaluations.
• Ability to track KPIs and report to team leads.
• Experience tailoring pitches with hiring managers to close quickly.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across pan-India markets.
• Conduct phone/WhatsApp/video screenings and assess fit.
• Manage end-to-end candidate journey with 24–48 hr responses.
• Track daily KPIs (calls, conversions, placements) using ATS tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine JDs and messaging.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates via LinkedIn and job boards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for high-volume tech, sales, and customer ops roles across pan-India markets.
• Conduct phone/WhatsApp/video screening interviews, assess fit, and maintain candidate experience through structured evaluation templates.
• Manage end-to-end candidate journey—from initial outreach to offer closure—ensuring 24–48 hr response SLAs.
• Track daily KPIs (calls, conversions, placements) using ATS tools and report performance to team leads.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine JDs, understand role nuances, and tailor pitch messaging for faster closures.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referral networks.
