We work with startups and scaling firms to turn recruitment into a strategic growth driver, using data-driven, tech-first workflows to deliver elite hires quickly and efficiently.

Formación

• Must have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and CRM tools.
• Strong technical screening experience for IT roles.
• Proven IT recruiting experience across startups and scale-ups.
• Proficient in Boolean search and job portal management.

Responsabilidades

• Source, screen, and engage qualified IT candidates through LinkedIn, portals, and campaigns.
• Conduct technical screening calls to validate skills and culture fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from requisition to offer.
• Track KPIs and optimize sourcing effectiveness.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using CRM/ATS and employer branding.

About The Opportunity

Our team partners with startups and scaling firms to source, assess, and onboard top-tier IT talent—turning recruitment into a strategic growth engine. We operate with agility, data, and tech-first workflows to deliver elite hires at speed.

Role & Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage qualified IT candidates (developers, DevOps, cloud engineers, QA, etc.) through LinkedIn, job portals, and outreach campaigns.
• Conduct technical screening calls to validate skills, cultural fit, and motivation for IT roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define success metrics, and tailor sourcing strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from requisition to offer—ensuring timely, high-quality hires.
• Track and report KPIs (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness) to optimize recruitment efficiency.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using CRM/ATS tools and employer branding touchpoints.
