Jobgether is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to build candidate pipelines across software, data science, product, and hardware roles. You will identify passive candidates on LinkedIn, GitHub, and communities, then screen for fit and interest while collaborating with recruiters.

This fully remote role in India requires strong research, excellent English communication, and independent work ethic to support fast-moving tech hiring efforts.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple open roles remotely.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, or ATS is a plus.

This is an opportunity to contribute to the growth of technology companies by identifying and connecting them with talented professionals. As a Talent Sourcer, you will focus on building candidate pipelines across software engineering, data science, product management, and hardware disciplines. You will use online platforms, professional communities, and targeted research to discover qualified candidates, including those who may not be actively looking for new opportunities. Through personalized outreach and initial candidate screening, you will help recruiters identify promising talent. You will collaborate closely with recruiting teams to understand hiring needs and refine sourcing strategies. This fully remote role is well suited to an organized, proactive communicator who enjoys research and working independently in a fast-moving recruitment environment.

Accountabilities

• Proactively identify and source qualified candidates for technical positions across software engineering, data science, product management, and hardware.

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, professional communities, and other online sourcing channels.

• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach messages that generate interest in relevant opportunities.

• Work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand position requirements and continuously improve sourcing strategies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and activity records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Research technology talent markets and map relevant candidate pools to identify new sourcing opportunities.

Requirements:

• Genuine interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or the technology industry.

• Strong research skills and the ability to identify suitable candidates across multiple online platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, particularly when creating engaging and personalized candidate outreach.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

• Preferred: Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or research, including internships or informal experience.

• Preferred: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, or applicant tracking systems.

• Preferred: Understanding of technical job functions and the ability to interpret requirements for engineering and product roles.
