Formación

• Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search to source candidates.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday or BambooHR.
• Ability to schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.
• Strong pipeline building and candidate sourcing across India and APAC.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce and communication tools.

Responsabilidades

• Source and qualify high-potential candidates for tech and non-tech roles.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for India and APAC.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine job briefs and track hiring metrics.
• Participate in hiring strategy sessions to improve candidate experience and close rates.
• Meet monthly hiring targets with a performance-based incentive up to ₹10,000 per target.

Role & Responsibilities

• Source and qualify high-potential candidates for tech and non-tech roles using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess cultural fit, and manage communication through email, WhatsApp, and video calls.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline aligned with client hiring targets across India and APAC markets.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine job briefs, update candidate databases, and track hiring metrics.
• Participate in hiring strategy sessions and contribute ideas to improve candidate experience and close rates.
• Meet monthly hiring targets with a performance-based incentive structure (up to ₹10,000 per target achieved).
