Job summary

Brandshark in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for multiple client accounts.

You will drive lead generation and ecommerce campaigns, perform keyword research, analyze GA4 data, and continually test creatives and landing pages to improve ROI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience managing Lead Generation and E-commerce advertising campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Good understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with keyword research and audience segmentation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Manage and scale Lead Generation and E-commerce campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.

• Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
