JobItUs is seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of positions at a fast-paced firm in Mumbai. You will lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding while maintaining a healthy talent pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of recruitment experience, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills, with hands-on use of major portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle lateral hiring across functions and levels.
• Source candidates via job portals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain talent pipeline and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in offers, onboarding, and documentation.
• Build relationships to strengthen employer branding.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for a wide range of positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, hands-on experience with leading job portals, and the ability to efficiently handle lateral hiring requirements while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Handle lateral hiring mandates across various functions and levels.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure timely communication.
• Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance employer branding.

Key Requirements

• Hands-on experience using recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through multiple channels.
• Experience in hiring diverse profiles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Qualification– Graduate
Work Timings– 9am – 6pm
Working Days– Monday to Saturday (2 sat off)
Work Location– Nariman Point
