Job summary

Synechron in India is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to independently manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. You will source, screen, and close candidates across IT roles, coordinating interviews and stakeholder communication with a focus on timely closures.

The role requires hands-on experience with ATS, Naukri Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-powered recruitment tools, along with strong Excel and Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience across IT roles.
• Independent contributor able to handle requirements solo.
• Excellent ATS knowledge and recruitment workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Good understanding of AI-powered recruitment tools and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals and more.
• Screen and evaluate profiles against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and manage communications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to close roles promptly.
• Maintain recruitment data, reports and trackers with accuracy.
• Ensure proper ATS usage and data integrity.
• Leverage AI tools for sourcing, screening and productivity.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

The ideal candidate should be a strong individual contributor with hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer management across various skill sets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication.
• Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and trackers with accuracy.
• Ensure proper utilization and management of ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Leverage AI tools for sourcing, screening, communication, and productivity enhancement.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in recruitment with strong end-to-end hiring expertise.
• Strong individual contributor capable of handling requirements independently.
• Excellent knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment workflows.
• Hands-on experience using Naukri Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Good understanding and practical usage of AI-powered recruitment tools.
