Job summary

Snibe Diagnostic (india) seeks an experienced after-sales support engineer to provide technical assistance for immunohematology products, including IVD kits and reagents.

You will perform on-site visits, troubleshoot instruments and software, train users, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service. Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in after sales support or servicing of medical devices or equipment.
• Strong knowledge of immunohematology principles and practices (IVD).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques for electronic medical devices.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good English Speaking and communication skills.
