Job summary

Snibe Diagnostic (india) seeks an experienced technical support engineer to help customers with immunohematology products, including IVD kits and reagents. You will troubleshoot instruments, consumables, and software, and perform on-site visits to resolve issues and train users.

You will collaborate with internal teams to address complex problems and maintain meticulous records of interactions and resolutions to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in after sales support or servicing of medical devices or equipment.
• Strong knowledge of immunohematology principles and practices (IVD).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques for electronic medical devices.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good English Speaking and communication skills.
