Job summary

Accurex Biomedical Pvt. Ltd. invites an Area Service Manager with strong experience in IVD servicing, biochemistry, electrolyte and CBC analysers.

The role focuses on managing service operations, guiding field engineers, and addressing customer issues while traveling across the region. You will lead timely installations, perform preventive maintenance, demos, and training, and work to grow service revenue through AMC/CMC renewals, consumables and spare parts.

Qualifications

• Experience in servicing IVD instruments across biochemistry, electrolyte and hematology analysers.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned region for on-site service.
• Ability to guide service engineers and manage customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot instruments in a timely manner.
• Provide on-site service and maintenance to customers.
• Conduct pre-install demos and user training for basic issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance as per schedules.
• Drive service revenue through AMC/CMC renewals and spares.
• Meet or exceed AMC, consumables and spare parts targets.

Job Overview

We are looking for an Area Service Manager with strong experience in IVD product servicing and troubleshooting, particularly biochemistry, electrolyte and CBC analysers. The role involves managing service operations, guiding service engineers, handling customer issues, and travelling across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely installation and Troubleshooting.


• Delivering services to customers effectively and on time.


• Pre-installation demos, checks and user maintenance training for instruments, including primary level of application issues.


• To carry out scheduled Preventive maintenance for all instruments as per timelines.


• Increase service revenue by Renewal of assigned customers' AMC or CMC for Installed Base out of warranty.


• Achieve targets with AMC's, consumables, and spare parts.
