• Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management of B2B Italian clients.
• Resolving customer queries through email, phone and chat communication.
• Order Processing in ERP System (SAP).
• Process online orders and back orders.
• Provide support for marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skill in Italian Language - C1/C2 Level.
• Experience in customer service and proven track record of receiving positive customer service.
• Knowledge in SAP or any other ERP system would be an added advantage.
