Job summary

Pracyva Consulting Services in Bengaluru is seeking an L1 IT support specialist to assist Italian-speaking users via calls, email and chat, diagnosing hardware, software, Windows OS and basic network issues.

You will log and track incidents in ticketing tools, ensure SLA compliance, and escalate when necessary to appropriate teams. The ideal candidate has 3 years in IT service desk and strong Italian and English communication.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in IT Service Desk / Helpdesk Support.
• Italian and English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office / Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
