Job summary

An IT recruitment firm is looking for an IT Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and screening candidates. Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter.
• Strong candidate engagement and relationship‑building skills.
• Hands‑on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS and Boolean searching.
• Technical understanding of IT roles, technologies and delivery models
• Ability to recruit across multiple technologies and locations
• High urgency, accountability and ownership
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Outcome-driven mindset with KPIs
• Resilient, organised and commercially aware

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment across diverse skill sets and locations.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through direct outreach.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the ATS.
• Apply advanced LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS and Boolean search techniques
• Demonstrate solid technical understanding to assess skills, experience, and role fit
• Qualify candidates on availability, motivation, work rights, location, and commercial alignment
• Maintain active, conversion‑ready pipelines aligned to live roles
• Deliver recruitment outcomes with urgency in time‑critical hiring scenarios
• Partner closely with account managers and clients to understand role priorities
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the ATS
• Track and report on activity, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes
