Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, IT or related field.
• 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience for Full-Time IT roles.
• Experience hiring for leading System Integrators/Technology Consulting organisations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Full-Time IT roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define strategies.
• Source, identify, and engage high-quality technical talent via portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical, functional, and behavioral competencies.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding activities.
• Build strong talent pipelines for niche tech skill sets.
• Maintain excellent candidate experience throughout recruitment.
• Track metrics, maintain ATS records, and provide regular updates.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter with 3-5 years of proven experience in recruiting for Full-Time IT positions across leading System Integrators and Technology Consulting organisations. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills, with a track record of successfully hiring technology professionals across various IT domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Full-Time IT hiring requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and define hiring strategies.
• Source, identify, and engage high-quality technical talent through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical, functional, and behavioural competencies.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, offer discussions, and onboarding activities.
• Build strong talent pipelines for niche and high-demand technology skill sets.
• Maintain excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while adhering to hiring quality standards.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS records, and provide regular hiring updates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates across the technology ecosystem.

Required Technical Hiring Experience

Experience hiring for one or more of the following technology areas:

• Data & Analytics
• AI/ML & GenAI
• SAP & ERP Applications
• Cybersecurity
• Microsoft Technologies
• Full Stack Development
• Java, .NET, Python
• DevOps & SRE
• Infrastructure & Networking
• Digital Transformation Programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience working on Full-Time/Permanent IT hiring requirements for leading System Integrators such as Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, HCLTech, TCS, Tech Mahindra, IBM Consulting, or similar organisations.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Dice, and other talent platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver within demanding timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for niche and leadership technology positions.
• Exposure to global hiring across North America, Europe, APAC, or India.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting.
• Strong networking and talent mapping capabilities.
