Job summary

Blogic Software Technology in Greater Noida is seeking a capable IT support technician to join the team and provide first‑level technical help across hardware, software, and networks.

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment, resolve Windows OS and MS Office issues, support LAN and Wi‑Fi connectivity, and maintain asset records with timely incident reporting. Coordinate with vendors and update security patches as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in IT support / desktop support.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, routers, and networking.
• Hardware troubleshooting and PC assembly knowledge.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely user support.
• Knowledge of CCTV, biometric systems, or other office IT infrastructure is an advantage.
