Job summary

Pagaar India is seeking an IT Support Associate to provide first-level support for hardware, software and network issues across branch offices. You will assist in system maintenance, installations and routine troubleshooting.

The role requires 1–2 years of IT support experience, basic networking knowledge, and strong communication. You will help manage IT assets and support policy implementation with a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in IT, CS or related field.
• 1–2 years of IT support or system administration experience.
• Basic networking, hardware troubleshooting and software installation knowledge.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to support multiple branch locations.
• Strong ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software and network issues.

Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software and network related issues Assist in system maintenance, installations and routine IT troubleshooting Support network connectivity issues and format complex problems as required Maintain IT asset records and assist in basic inventory management Support installation and maintenance of business software and applications Assist the IT Manager in implementing IT policies and security practices Respond promptly to employee IT helpdesk requests across branch offices Maintain documentation of recurring issues and resolutions for future reference

Requirements: Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration Basic knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting and software installation Good communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to support multiple branch locations as required Strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
