Job summary

ValuePoint in India is seeking an IT Helpdesk professional to manage all helpdesk activities, troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft Outlook, and handle issues over the phone. You will support desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners, and generate monthly MIS reports.

The role requires experience with a ticketing tool, and handling hardware and software installations and troubleshooting, antivirus, patches, and basic network/VPN issues. Strong communication is essential.
