Job summary

PC Solutions in India is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide on-site desktop and laptop support to users, install and configure Windows operating systems and applications, and troubleshoot common hardware issues.

You will handle network connectivity problems (LAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN), manage user accounts and email configurations, perform software maintenance, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and maintain asset records to ensure timely ticket resolution per SLA.

Qualifications

• Provide onsite desktop and laptop support to users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
• Handle hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Support basic network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and email configuration.
• Perform software installation, updates, and system maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
• Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
