Job summary

Microland in Chennai region is seeking a Desktop Support specialist to provide daily technical support for desktops and endpoint devices. You will assist IT teams and install, assemble, and configure desktops and peripherals on-site.

Responsibilities include updating tickets, performing system changes per policy, remote desktop troubleshooting, and maintaining technical documentation for internal use. Experience in Windows OS and printer support is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support for endpoint devices.
• Familiar with SOP-based support processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot remote desktop connections.
• Knowledge of basic disk management and printer support.
