Job summary

Progressive Techserve in Lucknow is seeking an IT Support Associate to provide daily user support via calls, emails, ticketing and chat tools, delivering onsite and remote assistance to keep endpoints productive.

Key duties include troubleshooting Windows OS and Outlook, managing AD user accounts and permissions, handling DNS/DHCP basics, hardware issues such as printers and desktops, and coordinating with users and IT teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Provide IT support via calls, emails, ticketing systems, and chat tools
• Deliver onsite (desk-side) and remote technical assistance
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Outlook, and desktop-related issues
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
• Support networking basics including DNS and DHCP
• Handle hardware issues (printers, desktops, system assembly/disassembly)
• Coordinate effectively with users and internal IT teams
• Monitor and respond to customer satisfaction feedback.
