Systechcorp Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned IT recruitment professional to manage end-to-end domestic hiring, from sourcing to joining, and to lead a team to meet targets.

You will source through Naukri, LinkedIn, portals and referrals, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and maintain robust candidate pipelines while building strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in domestic IT recruitment.
• Experience in mentoring junior recruiters is a plus.
• Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.

• Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely closure of multiple requirements simultaneously.

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Work Mode: Work From Office.
Employment Type: Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end domestic IT recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate joining.
• Prior experience in team handling / Team Lead responsibilities is mandatory.
• Lead and guide a team of recruiters, distribute requirements, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of recruitment targets.
• Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals.
• Handle IT requirements across technologies such as Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, SAP, and more.
• Understand client requirements and submit relevant, qualified profiles within the required timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and clients, and manage offer negotiations.
• Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and regular status updates.
• Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
