We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong expertise in contract staffing and technical sourcing. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals for contract roles.

The candidate will support high‑volume hiring requirements and deliver qualified candidates on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
• Strong experience in contract staffing / contract recruitment is highly preferred.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Understand technical requirements and identify relevant candidates.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure and joining.
• Handle multiple requirements and high‑volume hiring within defined TAT.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure regular follow‑ups.
• Track interview schedules, selections, offers, and joining status.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports.
• Good knowledge of ATS.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong IT recruitment and technical sourcing experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience in contract staffing / contract recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT technologies such as Backend, Frontend, Cloud, Data, Testing, SAP, etc.
• Excellent sourcing skills through Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Strong candidate engagement and follow‑up skills.
