Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in C2H / Contract Staffing recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical skill requirements.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience working with recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT C2H requirements.
• Understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer discussions, and closures.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in ATS/CRM.
• Achieve individual recruitment targets and delivery SLAs.
• Handle multiple requirements and priorities in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
