Job summary

SuperSeva in Bengaluru is seeking an IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases, screen profiles for technical fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

The role requires 3-4 years of IT recruitment experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously. This is a full-time on-site position in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT recruitment lifecycle and roles.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.
• Hands-on sourcing through job portals and boolean search.
• Ability to screen and shortlist candidates effectively.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical positions.
• Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidate profiles based on technical skills, experience, location, CTC, and notice period.
• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates' suitability for the role.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
• Negotiate salary and manage offer-related discussions.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet assigned recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT)
