Job summary

Andor Tech in Bengaluru is seeking an energetic IT & Non-IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, manage multiple requirements, and build a strong candidate pipeline.

Responsibilities include sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and portals; coordinating interviews; offering rollouts and joining processes; and maintaining recruitment trackers. 2–5 years in IT & Non-IT recruitment is preferred, with strong Boolean search skills and stakeholder

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented IT & Non-IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and be comfortable handling multiple requirements across IT and Non-IT functions.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and internal databases.
• Handle both IT and Non-IT recruitment requirements.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Coordinate offer rollouts, negotiations, documentation, and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS/MIS, and daily recruitment reports.
• Meet assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT & Non-IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Strong sourcing experience using Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good knowledge of Boolean search and candidate screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work under deadlines.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on closures.
• Prior experience in agency/consulting recruitment will be an advantage.
