Qualifications

• Experience in hiring for Non-IT roles (BPO, Sales, Operations, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles.
• Understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
