Qualifications

• Knowledge of IT staffing processes and work authorization categories.
• Familiarity with W2, C2C, and C2H hiring models.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified IT candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and other recruitment portals.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates for technical positions.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
• Work on W2, C2C, C2H, and other applicable hiring models.
• Verify candidate availability, employment preferences, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, and follow-ups with clients and account managers.
• Negotiate pay rates within approved limits.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
