Job summary

Quess IT Solutions in Bangalore seeks an IT Recruiter with 2–5 years in end-to-end IT recruitment, with strong exposure to Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate pipelines to ensure timely closures.

You’ll work closely with account teams, track hiring progress, and contribute to MIS reporting, while building a robust pipeline for current and upcoming requirements in a fast-paced environment.

• Hands-on C2H hiring experience preferred.
• Proficient in sourcing via Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Understanding of IT technologies and job requirements.
• Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Able to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT C2H requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other channels.
• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients/hiring teams.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
• Track candidates from sourcing to offer and joining.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned requirements.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Follow up with candidates during the C2H onboarding and joining process.
• Work closely with account managers, hiring managers, and internal teams to meet recruitment targets.

Job Summary
