Job summary

Trigent Software in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter with 3–6 years of IT Contract Staffing / C2H experience. You will own end-to-end recruitment for IT services clients, focusing on speed, quality, high-volume hiring, and strict SLA adherence.

Based at our Bengaluru office, you will source through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and internal databases, screen and close candidates, negotiate offers, and coordinate onboarding in a hybrid onsite environment.

Qualifications

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and high-energy IT Recruiter with 36 years of experience in IT Contract Staffing / Contract-to-Hire (C2H). The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for IT Services clients, with a strong focus on speed, quality, high-volume hiring, and strict SLA adherence.

Location: 2nd Floor, East Wing, Khanija Bhavan, 49, Race Course Rd, Racecourse, Gandhi Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for niche and bulk IT requirements.
• Source, screen, shortlist, interview, and close candidates within defined SLAs.
• Handle salary/rate negotiations and ensure successful offer closures.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure a smooth joining process.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned client accounts.
• Manage regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines.

Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Screen candidates across technologies such as Java, .NET, QA, React, AWS, and other IT skill sets.

SLA & Recruitment Operations

• Ensure high submission ratios and maintain quick turnaround times of 2448 hours.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance.
• Format resumes according to client requirements.
• Complete candidate submissions through client/VMS portals.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.

Must-Have Skills

• 36 years of experience in IT Contract Staffing / C2H Staffing.
• Strong experience in IT sourcing and recruitment.
• Proficiency in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and internal databases.
• Experience handling high-volume hiring and tight SLAs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Good to Have

• Experience working with client portals / VMS platforms.
• Knowledge of resume formatting and database management.
• Experience handling niche and bulk IT requirements.
