NLB is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) engagements. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions on a contractual basis, with emphasis on managing vendor relationships and quick closures.

The candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment for C2H IT requirements, coordinate interviews, and onboard contractors, while maintaining a robust pipeline for niche hiring. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 25 years of experience in IT recruitment (C2H hiring preferred).
• Good understanding of IT skills and technologies.
• Experience working with vendors/clients.
• Strong communication and negotiation skils.
