Job summary

Idexcel is seeking an experienced Technical Recruitment & Vendor Management IC to lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering roles in a plant/manufacturing environment in Vadodara. You will own sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding while managing vendor relationships and performance to meet hiring targets.

The ideal candidate will handle C2H and permanent staffing with hands-on, IC recruitment expertise and collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities

Position: Technical Recruitment & Vendor Management Individual Contributor
Experience: 58 Years
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruitment & Vendor Management professional with 5-8 years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for engineering positions, preferably within a plant/project/manufacturing environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Work as an Individual Contributor and independently manage end-to-end technical recruitment requirements.
• Independently handle C2H and permanent staffing for engineering roles.
• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Independently manage vendor relationships and vendor performance to ensure timely closure of requirements.
• Partner directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders for plant and technical hiring.
• Take ownership of critical and niche plant engineering positions, including Piping Designer, SP3D Designer, ONG/Oil & Gas and similar technical roles.
• Manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously and ensure agreed TAT and hiring targets are achieved.
• Team-handling experience will be an added advantage, but the role will primarily require strong hands‑on IC recruitment experience.
