Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA/PG in HR or Personnel Management.
• 2–5 years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, chemical, steel, automobile, or process industries preferred.
• Strong sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn; CV screening and headhunting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with hands‑on experience in manufacturing/plant recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment of technical, non‑technical, supervisory, and plant‑level manpower while ensuring timely closure of vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and plant positions.
• Understand manpower requirements and prepare sourcing strategies with HODs.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, and databases.
• Recruit for positions across Production, Maintenance, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Quality, Stores, Purchase, EHS, Admin, and other plant functions.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical and management interview rounds.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate CTC, notice period, and joining date with selected candidates.
• Coordinate offer release, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Ensure timely closure of critical and bulk manpower requirements.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates to management.
• Coordinate with manpower consultants and recruitment agencies.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for recurring manufacturing requirements.
• Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company HR policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/MBA/PG in HR / Human Resources / Personnel Management.
• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Candidates with manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, chemical, steel, automobile, edible oil, or process industry recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean Search, CV Screening and Head Hunting.
• Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and bulk/urgent hiring.
