Responsibilities

• Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and assess candidate fit for technical and non-technical requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including interviews, scheduling, and offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with MSP clients to understand job requirements and submit quality candidates on time.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and update systems regularly.

• Work closely with MSP clients to understand job requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidate submissions
