Job summary

ISS India in Ahmedabad is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering roles. You will source, screen, and mobilize technical manpower across MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, BMS, Plumbing and related disciplines.

The role requires strong network-building and candidate screening, with coordination of technical interviews with the relevant department. A target-oriented mindset will help you thrive in a dynamic facility management environment.

Qualifications

• 14 years of experience in technical recruitment preferred.
• Experience recruiting for facility management, engineering services, manufacturing, infrastructure, MEP, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or maintenance roles will be an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in high-volume technical recruitment will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, databases, social media, and local networks.
• Screen candidates based on technical qualifications, experience, certifications, salary expectations, and job requirements.
