Job summary

Randeons Services is seeking a Recruitment Manager for manufacturing to lead talent acquisition across production roles. You will drive end-to-end sourcing, screening, and onboarding, with a strong focus on high-volume hires and campus partnerships.

The role requires 3–6 years of recruitment experience in manufacturing, knowledge of ITI and Diploma trades, and hands-on sourcing expertise across platforms and local channels. A Bachelor’s in HR or related field is required; MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume and campus hiring drives with ITI colleges and technical institutes.
• Execute aggressive sourcing campaigns beyond portals (job fairs, community outreach, gate hiring, social media).
• Conduct technical screening based on trade qualifications (Fitter, Electrician, Machinist).
• Coordinate with plant HR and Production Managers to fill gaps within deadlines.
• Oversee onboarding and compliance processes.

Job Description: Recruitment Manager (Manufacturing)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Recruitment Manager with a proven track record in the manufacturing sector. You will lead our talent acquisition efforts, focusing on sourcing, screening, and deploying high-volume manpowerranging from ITI and Diploma holders to skilled Engineers to support our clients' production goals. Your expertise in blue-collar sourcing and contractual staffing will be critical to maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Sourcing: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, specifically targeting production-critical roles such as Production Trainees, Quality Inspectors, Machine Operators, and Maintenance Engineers.
• High-Volume & Campus Hiring: Lead large-scale recruitment drives and coordinate campus hiring initiatives with ITI colleges, technical institutes, and skill development centers to build a continuous talent pipeline.
• Operational Sourcing Strategy: Execute aggressive sourcing campaigns beyond traditional portals, leveraging "ground-level" strategies including job fairs, local community outreach, gate hiring, and social media (WhatsApp communities, Facebook groups).
• Technical Screening: Evaluate candidates based on trade-specific technical qualifications (e.g., Fitter, Electrician, Machinist) and physical fitness requirements essential for manufacturing environments.
• Stakeholder & Site Coordination: Partner closely with plant HR and Production Managers to understand real-time manpower gaps and ensure fulfillment within strict deadlines.
• Onboarding & Compliance: Oversee the complete joining process, including documentation, bank account facilitation, and essential statutory compliance.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 3–6 years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in Manufacturing, Capital Goods, or Automobile Staffing, or experience with a Third-Party Payroll.
• Industry Knowledge: Practical familiarity with ITI trades and Diploma branches (Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile).
• Sourcing Proficiency: Expert in modern sourcing channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed,Apna) combined with strong "on-the-ground" recruitment techniques.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field. (MBA in HR is preferred).
