Job summary

CMA CGM in Navi Mumbai is seeking an IT recruitment specialist to source and attract IT professionals through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. You will screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, experience and fit.

You will coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and panels, manage end-to-end recruitment, engage candidates, negotiate offers, and support onboarding.
