Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for C2H and contract staffing requirements.


• Understand and analyze client requirements, job descriptions, technical skills, experience, and other hiring criteria.


• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee references, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.


• Identify, screen, and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, compensation, and notice period.


• Handle recruitment for mid-level and senior IT positions across multiple technical skill sets.


• Explain C2H employment terms, contract duration, payroll structure, conversion process, salary, benefits, and other relevant details to candidates.


• Coordinate technical and managerial interviews between candidates and clients.


• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.


• Manage candidate follow-ups from screening through interview, selection, offer, joining, and onboarding.


• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.


• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles against client requirements.


• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand changing hiring requirements.


• Track interview feedback, offer status, joining status, and candidate closures.


• Follow up with candidates to minimize dropouts and offer declines.


• Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the C2H lifecycle.


• Achieve individual recruitment targets and agreed turnaround times.


• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports.

Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and client-specific hiring guidelines
