Job summary

TeamLease in Bengaluru is seeking an IT Recruiter to source, screen, and hire qualified IT professionals across technical roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver high-quality candidates within defined timelines.

You will build a strong candidate pipeline, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and maintain ATS records. Stay informed about IT market trends to attract top talent and meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Understand technical job requirements and translate them into sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview rounds with technical and managerial stakeholders
• Maintain regular communication with candidates through the process
• Negotiate offers and assist joining formalities
• Maintain and update ATS/candidate database and build a strong pipeline
• Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast current and future hiring needs
• Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines and TOC/TAT expectations
• Stay updated on IT industry trends, skills availability, and market compensation
