Job summary

Innovationm in Greater Noida, India, is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end IT and Non-IT hiring. You will develop sourcing strategies, screen and shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews and offers to close roles efficiently.

You will build strong candidate pipelines, negotiate offers, and ensure timely onboarding while aligning with company culture and future workforce needs.
